Accidented during the race

The car was insured and the insurance having reimbursed De Tomaso, the car was destroyed and the number 2263 no longer exists.

The empty chassis remained very long behind the factory and the ID number was removed and given to the insurance company.

The factory have been very clear with me, car dont exist anymore

2018, now a french collector bought a street car with vin number 8263, and claim that his car 8263 is in reality built up from the old accidented chassis.
